PERFORM is where it all comes together. In this phase, we turn your strength into real-world performance - fast, explosive, and fight-ready. You’ll build strength, power, sharpen speed, and condition your body to handle high-intensity demands of combat sports and become FIGHT READY.



Using proven methods like max effort, dynamic effort, and explosive movement training, this phase targets special strengths, rate of force development, and fight-specific conditioning.

The goal? To weaponize your strength and prepare you to move with purpose under pressure.

BUILD

MIN. 12 WEEK PROGRAM

BUILD is where you shift from learning how to move and train to building  strength and muscle - the kind that helps in a fight. This phase develops GENERAL PHYSICAL PREPAREDNESS -  full-body strength, power and work capacity without burning you out, so you can still show up sharp for your combat sport sessions.


You’ll train with purpose: right volume, high-quality workouts that hit every major movement pattern and muscle group. We focus on building movement and strength, improving recovery, and laying down an AEROBIC CAPACITY - foundation that keeps you going harder, longer.

BASE

MIN. 4 WEEK PROGRAM

BASE is your starting point for smart, sustainable training. This phase is all about learning how to train - not harder, but better. Don't think it's for beginners - I improved movement quality of world level athletes with this phase alone.

It focuses on improving movement quality, STABILITY and overall strength to build a body that’s ready for more advanced performance later on.



Through a mix of strength and movement drills, you’ll improve joint stability and body control under load. You’ll build structural balance using proven methods like TRIPHASIC TRAINING and movement variability to prevent injuries and move more efficiently - in and out of the gym. That phase alone will already make you better... and it's just a beginning

ABOUT CHUCKY

Hi, I’m Jacek Szymanowski, a loving husband, proud father of two boys, and someone who lives and breathes the fight game.


I’m a Strength & Conditioning Coach with an M.Sc.Eng in Biotechnology/Biochemistry, a Mobility & Movement Specialist, and a Nutrition Specialist with a focus on:

  • Nutrition Coaching for Athletes
  • Blood Chemistry Analysis
  • Metabolic Health
  • Dietary Strategies

With over 30 years of martial arts experience and a background as a competitive athlete in Judo and K-1, I’ve stood in the trenches. I’ve trained and worked with world-level coaches and athletes at all stages - from youth talents to European, World Champions, and Olympic medalists.



I’m here to help fighters unlock peak performance and health by identifying the limiting factors whether it’s in their bloodwork, nutrition, recovery, or performance.
